Fibroids Miracle Book/Yoni Steaming?

I have one fibroid located in a position where the docs say it's affecting having a successful pregnancy. It's not huge, but apparently its big enough to cause an issue and I have surgery scheduled for next month. My question is if anyone has tried V Steam/Yoni Steaming or used the book call Fibroids Miracle and had any luck getting rid of their fibroids naturally.
