Question

New to BBT help!

Can someone please look at my chart and tell me what’s going on? This is my first month charting. Is it looking good? Is it triphasic? I’m a bit confused about it all

Chart looks good so far, it is not triphasic tho. Ur temps need to rise, and sustain that rise to be considered a tri pattern. It will look similar to O, a distinct second shift in temperature, but after about a week past O. Don't worry too much about having or not having a tri chart, it really means nothing. Those happen in both pregnant and non-pregnant cycles...the infamous implantation dip is the same. Charts dip up and down all the time, the overall pattern is what u need for ovulation, nothing else.
Good luck! =))
