Question

BBT Question

My BBT chart always has a coverline of 97.3, then my temps go up to 97.9. 6-7DPO I have a slight dip of .2-.3 degrees followed by a rise to 98.3. But then the temps fluctuate between the 97.9 and 98.3 until 14 DPO when they start to drop for AF.

Is this considered a Triphasic chart or does the temp have to stay elevated to the higher readings to be considered Triphasic? And for how many days? This month so far has been a clear lift but I’m only 8DPO.

I believe the temps have to stay higher at the elevated temperatures to be considered triphasic. I'm not an expert though! I always get a rise with O and then a dip around 8-10 DPO and then it slightly rises up but not as high as it was in the beginning of my leteal phase. Then around 12-13 DPO I have a slow decrease before I get my period.
