Pregnancy Tests Giving Different Results
Hey everyone! I just wanted to share this story so that others can relate when we finally figure out the outcome. So here it is. I am currently 13 weeks postpartum with my 3rd IUI success baby girl. Starting about 2 weeks ago I felt very sick and decided to take a pregnancy test. They were faintly positive on the Walmart .88 cheapies. I ran out and used a different cheapie (white cassette paraid) and got faint lines for a couple days then it went negative. I assumed either evaps or chemical pregnancy. I decided to make a doctor appointment anyway. My appointment is scheduled 2/28/18, 2 more days! Well, 4 days ago I decided to use a FRER after I got a strong positive on the Walmart .88 purple cheapie again. It was very negative. Twice. I said screw It and I have one left.
Well, I bought 2 packs of answers OPKs for future use and had one FRER left. I plan on using the FRER the morning of my doctor appointment just to get rid of it. For fun, I decided to use an opk this morning and got a blaring positive. This is normal for me (I have pcos). I knew it could also mean I’m pregnant. I took an opk while I was pregnant with my daughter and I was blaring positive. Well, 5 hours passed and I had to pee so guess what I did? You got it. I used the hpt that came with the answer kit. (I didn’t use the frer so I didn’t feel like I was cheating myself ????). It turned up vfbfp within 10 minutes so I decided to share my crazy story and the conclusion after my blood work in 2 days! All my testing in on my profile but I will share here too!
