AF 4 days and bfn

Hello Ladies I've got a question I hope one of you has the answer to.. I am 40 years old been ttcing for 4 years. My last cycle I bled for 12 days I thought I o'd on cd 12 but not sure I recently took a ov test and it was positive the day my period was due? Now I have gotten loads of symptoms, lots of cm,nauseated,fatigue,very sore nipples,crampy achy kinda like af is coming any minute i have taken wm cheapie tests and clear blue plus all bfn. What should I do should i wait a full week late and then call doctor or what would you do any help would be great and any comments would be great. My ov test is on my photos that I just took 4 days ago.My cycles are 24 to 26 days on average I usually o'd on cd 11 to the 13..
