Could this be what we've been trying for?

Hey yall,

I have been getting positive pregnancy tests for about 4 months but also seeing my period...
I have had two blood tests and they both came back negative.
I B.D.'d all through what I think was my fertile window and now I am experiencing symptoms that I never experienced before.

These symptoms include:
Nausea
Twinges/sharp pain near belly button
Ovarian pain
Headaches (really uncommon for me)
Diarrhea (TMI)
Increased Sex Drive
Targeted back pain
Vision Changes
Vaginal Pain
CM changes
Spotting (pink spotting, uncommon for me)

Please comment experiences and/or advice.
