Question

Feeling sad and confused

Other half and I been trying two years. Fertility clinic says possible infertility for unknown cause. So last month I started a new job. We decided I should go back on the pill. So I waited for my period to come which started 4 days late last Sunday. Took pregnancy tests in the lead up to it obviously - all negative. My period was lighter than usual which I put down to the pill. Stopped two days ago. Yesterday I got an ovulation "twinge" which was weird. Maybe not even ovulation but that's what it felt like. And this morning I have weird period type pain and bright red spotting. Pain seems localised to between my legs and right hand side of my lower back.

The pill I'm on I've been on before and this has never happened.

Should I be worried? Does anyone know if I could still be pregnant and should I bother buying yet another test?

The way I see it there is no down side to taking a test. If it's possitive you can stop your birth control and if it's negative you can relax again.
