Question

TTC with PCOS and starting Clomid.. help.

Hi all, I was recently diagnosed with PCOS by my new doctor. I am 26 and have been TTC for 6 months but I knew something was up when my cycles were very irregular (currently CD 34, still no ovulation). Last cycle I had a BFP but turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. My previous doctor wasn't taking my concerns seriously.

I'm starting provera today and will take Clomid on CD 2.

Has anyone out there had success with Clomid? What should I expect?

I asked around for you, got this response : @moonbaby15, ive been on clomid total of 10 months in 3 yrs. Some women experience hot flashes, ovary pain due to the stimulation, shorter periods (mine went from 4/5 days to 3), longer cycles, nausea, mid-cycle spotting or acne. There are a few more symptoms but these are the ones i see most. Ovary pain, usually mild, is my most common symptom. I have it about all month more during and after ovulation. Ive thought i was pregnant numerous times cause of breast tenderness, nausea, and cramping but it is just side effects.

I tried 3 rounds with no response so I went on to see an RE and started infertility treatments. Unfortunately with PCOS my body didn't regulate at all. Even doing the Keto diet, nothing changed until I went to see a specialist. I conceived my son with IVF and now my twins with FET.
