Corpus Lutuem Cyst

Hello Ladies,
I was taken in for an ultrasound scan on Wednesday due to abdominal pain and they discovered a 4cm corpus leteum cyst on my right ovary that had filled with blood. Not one doctor mentioned pregnancy but I am now 6 days late for my expected period.. they did a pregnancy test in the hospital that was negative so I guess my question is has anyone ever experienced anything similar and turned out to actually be pregnant?
