was trying 'too hard' so I eased off and now I have a bfp

Hiya,
My names aly I am 33 and after a mc in sept 2010 we have been trying to get pregnant again, last month i feel we 'tried too hard' got very stressed over it, this month I let things go as they say...I did lay down for an hour after each time and also on 3 of the nights I also use an 'instead cup' popped it in straight after and laid down, didnt go to the loo and went straight to sleep,

I had symptoms (sore nipples and tummy pains 3 days after ovulating) I took a test 4 days before AF was due and everyday since the line has got darker..I feel that this time maybe our time. :0) xx
