AFM- I really need one of you ladies to get a to cheer me up. With everything that I have gone through this month, I received horrible news a short time ago and have a bucket load of tears as I type. I just received word that my father passed away this morning. He has been ill, but this was very unexpected.

2013 has been a BEE-AAAACH (or a MITCH for those of you familiar with the term)! Miscarriage, Grandmas passing and now Daddy...GRRRR!

Keep the prayers and jokes coming because I am going to need them both to uplift my spirits!

OMG Holly I am so sorry about your dad. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

@holly- It always gets darkest before the dawn! And this year has felt like a FREAKISHLY long night!!!!! But the dawn will come..it's promised . I'm sorry to hear about your dad! You are always in my prayers honey! If you need to vent....you know where to find me. You and I have both lost a lot this year so my ears and arms are open .

@xomandy- the wondfo opks on amazon are really good and cheap. Just buy some pee cups since you have to dip.
But hopefully after this cycle you wont need anymore! You do look very close to your surge! I got my positives in the evening. I'd now just in case!

@memphrika- anything can cause a temp spike like that. You could have tossed and turned a lot in your sleep, you could be getting sick or best yet...you could be pregnant! Who knows! Only a few more days left!

@pisces- It looks really promising! But blue dyes are such butts. Looking forward to you peeing on a red dye!

Ok....Had my appointment with my possibly new doctor. I'm such a pansy...I cant admit that I'm breaking up with my old doctor . Anyways, my hcg is now 0 so everything is out of my system and I dont have to have a d&c or anything. She thinks that based on how low my hcg was that it was a bad egg to begin with. She wants to pick up where my dr left off and try to help me out before sending me to the RE. Soooo...she put me back on the birth control pill for one cycle to basically reset my reproductive system. I am also starting Metformin today. Even though my insulin levels are fine, it will keep those in balance and also decrease my testosterone and balance my other ovulation hormones and in turn can improve my egg quality. When I get my period from finishing the pack of birth control, I'll start my 4th round of clomid. Then about 14 days into my cycle, she'll do an ultrasound to see if my eggs are looking good. If they are...then great! I'll ovulate and dh and I will do our thing . She may give me a steroid to keep my immune system from fighting it off just in case. And we'll wait and see. If the eggs dont look good during the ultrasound, then she'll give me Femara to give them a boost before I ovulate. If I dont get pregnant then she'll switch me to femara entirely. Then we'll go from there. But she is willing to do a lot to help me before sending me to the specialist since she knows I cant afford it. I thought it was awesome, that she is willing to do ultrasounds to check my follicles/eggs and is willing to do femara. She also does natural treatments...so we can go that route too, if needed. She's very nice. REALLY LISTENED TO ME. And best of all....she didnt look at me like I was nuts !!!!!!!!!!!!!

But.......as I told dh after my appointment. None of this matters. I know that no matter what medication is given, it's not going to work unless God wants it to work. So I'm not putting my faith in all the meds I'll be on. I'm putting my faith in him! To me...these meds feel more like sugar pills! LOL!

@Waiting, I'm am over the moon happy that you found an AWESOME doctor! Your other one seemed very rude and not very helpful. Maybe this one will help get your "Sticky Bean"!
