ideas please???
I have been trying for 6 months now and nothing...the first time it only took us 4 months and we got pregnant. Does anyone out there have any ideas that could help us along in gettin pregnant??? Dont know if this matters but I did have a c-section with my first.

Are you testing with OPK and/or charting your temp? We are going to do OPK only for a few months and if nothing happens then start BBT. Only bad thing about OPKs is that it only shows when the LH goes up but that only means your body is getting ready to O, there's a chance you may not O.
