Didn't chart right this cycle But temp all over the PLACE.
Didn't chart right this cycle But temp has been all over the PLACE. I just started charting after my cycle so I can't tell to much from it or about my coverline. But just for practice for the next cycle I deciided to just keepng doing it everyday to get use to it. The only temps that I have seen as been 96.6, 97, 96.4 and today 97.6 the down to 96.4. The only thing is I don't what any of this mean for me.
Any questions or comments would be appreciated.

I haven't temp charted for ages but if this cycle doesn't work then I will be bbt.
Always take your temp in the morning before you get out of bed, do not drink or eat anything before. Test same time everyday
Temp from the first day of your period
Your temp will dip when you have ovulated
Your temp will remain higher usually when your pregnant
Bbt can usually only be used to predict ovulation once you have a few charts completed, you will then hopefully see a pattern of temp dip.
