Nausea and sore/itchy nipples

Okay i know this may sound weird but ttc my 1st child and im not sure if i od earlier than i thought but ive had some major nausea ,hiccups, mild cramping and diaherra and itchy/ sore nipples if my chart is right im cd 16 3dpo but i felt like my period was off this month im confused should i start to think about possible pregnancy or dismiss is im confused and new to this ttc ! help and comments please!!
