I'm pregnant!! OMG!!

I've just found out I am 1-2wks pregnant ie nearly 4 on Drs calculations and I have suffered a missed miscarriage and a stillbirth in the last year so am obv very anxious, however have had a niggley trapped nerve type of pain in my left hand ovary side, which is more annoying than too painful? and am so scared I could be ectopic altho I do not have any other symptoms but could that be because I'm so early at mo?

Paranoid and scared to be happy!!
