8 days late could I be pregnant.

My period was supposed to be on Jan 26,2017 I still have not received it, I am really bloated, diarrhea for a week and a half, mild headaches in the mornings, negative blood test on Feb 1,2017 could I have ovulated late? I had my tubes clipped in 2008 and this is the first time I have been 8 days late.
