Two day period, spotting?

I have a 32-34 cycle give or take, this month I started spotting a week early for AF during intercourse. The first and second day of my period (assuming was my period) was very light, no clots. It now feels like I am going off my period. I was also ill with a cold, sore throat at the beginning of this month so I know that could throw my cycle off track but does anyone know or had any experience of this? Also, my breasts underarms have been sore for over 3 weeks now.
