Question

Double ovulation: is it possible? Does it even exist?

Please tell me what you think....

So I had a dip BBT on sep 19 CD 12 and a high peak on CD 13 ( from 97.1-97.7). After noticing some painful cramps about 3-4hours and the rise in temp the following morning, my OPK being darker than the previous one but still not as dark as the control ( I use the Wondfo cheapest) , I still concluded that I ovulated that night and started counting my DPO on sep 20. So far I had not much symptoms excepts weird headaches, really mild cramps ( until today) and very warm feeling that comes and goes ( hot flashes?). Big was my surprise that this morning , I woke up ( after a relentless ) night and my BBT has taken the same dive again 97.1. This morning (CD 15 / 3 DPO) my cervix was high, closed and medium. I have just checked and now it is still high but soft and open with EWCM. Is it possible that I am ovulating again? Or that I never ovulated the first place? What is going on?

If ur gonna ovulate more than one egg, it will be within a 24hr period, not days apart. Once progesterone kicks in (within 24hrs of ovulation), it stops further development and release of eggs.

Thank you Dakota it makes sense. And thank you to anyone that voted. I am just going to assume that it was implantation dip and just wait and see. That is really all I can do
