Anyone get a strange rash and end up pregnant?

Okay. So this past Thursday night before bed I was pulling up my hair. I notices a few tiny red bumps under my arm. I showed my husband and we just brushed it off. Well Friday after showering these same bumps were ony lower back, both arms, some ony stomach, and buttocks but was contained to upper expremities and torso mainly. They look like bug bites but they aren't. I went to the doctor and the only thing he could think of was poison Ivy bUT when I look at pictures it looks nothing like it. So my question is, has anyone ever experienced this in early pregnancy
Or during pregnancy? They are very itchy. Doc put me on prednisone. My periods are irregular but I had brown spotting for one day about 2 weeks ago now.
