Implantation experience?? Please help !!!

I've had a dull backache for about 1-2 hours today with a few twinges in lower tummy now completely gone I'm 9dpo not due on for another 5 days my belly felt like I had done 1000 sit ups and sudden movement made sharp pains ect now seems okay I didn't get any IB Or anything close to that so was wondering experiences you had ect or are having ?? Confused to wether it may be my month or it's just me !!!
