Early pregnancy sign?

I ovulated last week, but my breasts weren't tender on the sides like they usually are after I O. They have gradually become swollen with a little tingling sensation around the nipples, but not very tender. Could this be a good sign that conception occurred?

With all of my 10 pregnancies I experienced "tingling nipples", however, not this early. It started usually at 13 dpo. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
