Any ideas on this?

I am on my period. Well I think it's me period. I had my nexplanon removed in sep and my.body has been all over the place but I started on Friday and last night I felt a very wet sensation and I ran to the bathroom because I thought I was leaking. Well I wasn't but it was alot of discharge. Clear and very sticky. . ?? What in the world?? I couldn't possibly be ovulating could I??
