Pregnant with Paragard IUD?

This is my 2nd Paragard IUD. The first one was removed after 3 years when we were TTC our third baby, which happened (she is a year old now).

I got my 2nd IUD put in about 2 months after her birth.

My periods are very regular, about a 33 day cycle. I am now 3 days late which isn't TOO late...but I am concerned as usually a few days before my period I get brown spotting and I've had NO spotting.

I am getting some signs, like dull cramps, moody, tired and a sore throat (which could be PMS or pregnancy, I know).

Is it really possible to get pregnant with an IUD? We don't want anymore children, but if this did happen I would be very concerned for the baby having an IUD in place.
