IS LEG CRAMPS, SORE BBS AND SORE THROAT ALL GOOD SIGNS?

I am only 8 dpo and today my bbs started hurting, my throat has become sore and I keep getting a pinching cramp in my left thigh and in my left foot. i got a very faint bfp yesterday, I know it was to early. I took the test to use as a tool and found a very faint line. I have been getting dizzy for three days now. My and hubby and I have been ttc'ing for over 2 years now, I really hope this is our month. Does it sound promising? I am not excepting the very faint positive because I have had a two MC and three chemicals in the past.
