11 DPO, burning/sore breasts

11 DPO, i've had multiple pg symptoms: cold 2 dpo, insomnia,waking up starving, lower back ache, nipple pain, weird stabbing pain in breasts and nipples, waves of ache on sides of breasts, slight cramping, on 6dpo (i think), got intense stabbing in lower abdomen, then went away. But today, 11 DPO, only my breasts are bothersome. The nipples hurt to touch and I can just constantly feel them, like a constant discomfort. I want desperately to be pregnant, but am worried the other symptoms have left. I took a HPT on 9 DPO got BFN. Should I test again? Anyone still get a BFP when symptoms started to disappear?
