low temp for 4 days any ideas whats happening?

well my temps have gone low indicating ovulation is about to occur but they have stayed down for 4 days now, any ideas to why this may be? have i ovulated do u think or is my body trying to still? any advice would be great thanks, not sure if u can check out my chart somehow? x

I couldn't see your chart but if your temps stayed down you have not ovulated yet. Once you ovulate your temps will go up and stay up. Do you use opk? If not, you might want to try using those because they can tell you when you are having the surge. Hope this helps :)

Well my temp has now rose and my chart looks like I have ovulated twice and also had the ovulation pain twice, is this possible? X
