If and/or When should I test again?

AF was due today but no sign and no cramping. I usually start early in the morning or overnight. Ii have had no spotting whatsoever. I took an HPT about 7 pm Monday night, but I think it was way too early. Yesterday I went to my GP for dizziness and general nausea and they did a urine test at 3:30 pm and I urinated at least 16 times prior to that throughout the day. I have not taken a test today but I am not usually late. Should I test again? If so, when? Anyone else have experience with this or gng through this now?
