concieve easy

hello, so i started to take the concieve easy pills. and my cycle was 5 days very very light bleeding. and now i had my LMP on march 9. and usually by now i have lots of cervical fluid. its almost disgusting. Sorry TMI. but i am super super dry. even when we BD, and the DH is pulling the card i dont turn you on anymore. all i say is shut up. hehe. i mean theres not a day that goes by when we dont BD.
my question is, has anybody tried these pills and were there any side affects? did you get pregnant faster?

I got them from a website. Free TTC kit. They sent me two months of pills that help speed up the process get your period regular. They are called conceive easy
