Pregnant or not?

I have had two miscarriages in ten years with no successful pregnancies. I was diagnosed with a clotting disorder and began aspirin therapy five months ago. I am very regular my usual period consists of very sore boobs...spotting two or three days then heavy flow for three to four days. Last month my period was three days and was done...very strange..this month I'm two days late with no sore boobs ...no spotting..I do however have a very strange pulling tingling sensation that comes and goes to the left of my belly button. I also have a creamy discharge which is odd I'm usually very dry prior to my period. Ladies..any of this sound familiar? Am I pregnant...oh negative pregnancy test this morning.
