Could this be a BFP, or am I thinking too much?

I have had a few symptoms, but I feel like I might just have a flu bug that's been going around. I had spotting 7 dpo, feeling nauseous on an off, hungry but I don't want to eat, had creamy CM, I've been peeing a lot, but just a little bit, feeling sleepy, and I've been feeling anxious and weepy. AF was due today, but sometimes my cycle is off. I'm nervous to test! And I don't know if it's worth testing because I pee so much during the day, even at night.. :p Can anyone gimme some advice? Thanks!
