how many women have had their cycle change on them?

I am 23 years old, and have always had a normal for me cycle. 33 days. two years after getting off the Marina IUD and two surgery's (last one was in Jan) my cycle has abruptly gone from 33 days to 29. this is month two that it has been 29 days. My doctor says that the last one could have been a fluke. the consistency of these past two prds have been red water. just a waterfall of it, and i am scared. i really thought this was my month. i read that this could be a cyst rupturing... but two months exactly the same is a bit fishy to me. does anyone know or have any advice for me?
