I went to have my tooth checked at 5 months prego n everything went fine even did surgery on my thumb my sons a healthy 2 year old hope this helps

I think it should be fine, as long as you tell them you are 4 weeks pregnant. They should know what to give you and what NOT to give you.

I had two fillings put in when I was in my second trimester. Its fine, my doctor cleared it. Just tell your dentist you are pregnant beforehand. My due date is tomorrow and she is still doing really well with no problems.

thank you very much ladies. i went to the dentist today and found out i need a root canal. I'm freaking out and im so so so upset. my doc says its ok but im very nervous for it. i need to get it done either way but am scared shitless for the baby.
