I'm 17dpo and having that "milk let down" feeling like when you are breastfeeding. Is this

17 dpo. The "let down" feeling is very strong, I almost keep checking for milk. Cervix very high for 2 days, but this morning there was light brown cm just when I checked, not on paper yet. AF should be here at about 19dpo.

Neg hpt's but when I had DS it didn't show positive until 23dpo. Main concern is the milk let down feeling, NEVER felt this before when I wasn't bf. Can anyone relate?
