I never have. But I think most start at CD1 ??

ive heard that you should start straight away to get used to doing it.

but the majority of people on here start from CD1 if they know what they're looking for.... like dips, spikes etc.

You should start charting on CD 1. That way you get a sense of what your temps are before "O" and then after. The temps before "O" are what you will draw your coverline from. Feel free to ask any questions or message me. Good luck.

CD 1 being the first day of AF. Make sure you take your temp before you get out of bed in the moring and as close to the same time each day as possible.
