Okay I am 17 dpo but got a bfn on 15 dpo, am I out?

Let me first say I tested on 12 dpo and 13 dpo and 15 dpo with fmu. But I got bfn's all three times....My nipples look red in color to me...and my temp is up. I feel dizzy off and on, light cramping from time to time.I guess what i'm wanting to know is could I get a bfp after 15 dpo and IF so is it a bad sign getting it that late....Please let me know what you think.
