missed af by 4 days,neg. hpt, hotflashes, craps???????help

hi i usually get my af day 33/34 its day 38 today istarted getting hotflashes out of nowhere today and have gas cramps in my chest. took 2hpt on day 36 morning both where neg.
whatdya think am i pregnant?
what should i do?
