Trouble getting to sleep, terrible cramps in left leg(front and back???) and weird poking feeling?

I have been having a very tough time getting to sleep lately... I find myself tired but once I get into my bed I cant sleep at all... I dont know if it is stress or what?!?!? I am 10dpo and this is my 3rd mth ttc. I also have been feeling the last about 2 weeks a weird pinching/poking feeling all around my belly button and on both sides of my ovaries... it doesnt hurt just strange. I also last night was laying on my stomach in bed and felt this terrible pain down on my left side of my cervix. It was sharp... but too low to be my ovaries... I had a pap smear 2 days ago and my doctor never found any cysts that he could see and I have never felt anything like these pains before... Anyone have any ideas about this?
