Last question for a while I swear!!

According to opt I got a positive this morn around 12ish. If I did the deed last night and plan on tomorrow night I should be good if in fact there is an egg. Am I correct?

While it is possible to conceive, if you get sperm in you when the egg is already there. It's not too likely, it works much better when you already have sperm there ready to meet the egg.
