3dpo and severe hunger pains??

So, I went out drinking a bit with my friends on my birthday (1 dpo), not thinking this was our month. The next day I was sick, presumably because of the alcohol. No biggie. Later that evening, my back started hurting. Like, to the point where I had to lay down for a while as I could not move. I attributed that to the earlier retching. Anyways, last night into today, I have had these HORRIBLE hunger pains! Like, excruciating pains! Even after I eat. I am trying to figure out if this might be pregnancy related or not? We are hoping, we dtd EVERY DAY for the entire fertile week. Opinions?? I know it is much too soon for many symptoms. Any other BFS'ers have hunger pains around 3 dpo????

maybe it causes of gastric pain. u shud go see ur doc. alcohol will make ur tummy suffer and causes bad gastric. bcoz i had that b4. mybe 3dpo is too early for pregnancy.

I think it is a little early for implantation. My guess would be dehydration. It can often make your body feel like it is hungry. As you could be implanting any day now, however, I would stock up on lots of mineral water. Good luck!

3 dpo is too early for pregnancy-related symptoms, but you should hydrate and see if that helps with the pain. It doesn't mean that you won't get pregnant, you just won't have pregnancy-related symptoms until implantation takes place (usually 6-12 dpo). Good luck!

Yeah, after a night of drinking, dehydration could be the cause as well. Never had that happen before, and I didnt drink that much, either! Ah well, heres to hoping its our month :)
