Sore cervix/uterus

My cervix and uterus feel bruised, acording to my calender I haven't even ovulated yet! I never get like this, what could it be?

If your man is a bit larger, or just certain positions, it could cause him to hit your cervix during sex which may make you feel bruised. I know the only time I ever feel bruised like that in there is after we have sex in the shower, with me bent all the way over grabbing my ankles. His penis hits my cervix, and sometimes it makes me feel bruised.
