I get this pain around and after ovulation - could be the fallopian tubes bringing the egg down, some fluid/blood from where the egg broke out of the ovary, or just irritation from increased blood flow to the uterine area. Only worry if it is extreme pain, or you have vomiting or shortness of breath with it.
