I just wash my hands and then stick a finger up there and see if I can feel it. It will feel different at different times of the month. Sometimes it will be hard and low and other times it will be soft and so high that I can't reach it. It all just depends. As for using cervical position to determine pregnancy though it is not a good determinate since every woman's cervix changes at a different time.

I have a question....if you used nuva ring shouldn't you know where your cervix is? as you have to put it up there at the base of it.

Well no because I didnt even know that u could feel ur cervix. I havent been well versed in these things.
