back pain and little fever .. is it ok after 5 dpo ... am i pregnant .....?

hey ...
Post Ectopic Pregnancy, we been trying to conceive for the past 4 months, after 5 dpo, started to have little back pain, got increased till on 7 dpo with fever of 100 degrees fever.. took 2 tylenol pills in the evening ... am i pregnant ....?
Is that ok to have back pain with fever, after ovulation... iam scared i may have ectopic again (GOD FORBID THIS) ...
is anybody there with same situation or faced similar situation...
please suggest me ASAP ...
