Has any gotten a BFP at 40 or over naturally?

Good morning all

I was just wondering had any of you ladies gotten a BFP at 40 or older? If so what have you done to achieve such goal? How many cycles?
Is this your first?

Hey Emma! I have had multiple BFP's but no take home baby yet, over the age of 42 when we started ttc. I've had 2 MC's at 10 wks and multiple CP's, the last one was in December of 2017. It really is just a matter of getting that golden egg. There are lots of things to try, but each case is different, so what works for one woman may not work for another.
Let me know if you have any questions!

I got pregnant with my 4th at 41. My first 3 were at 24, 36, and 39. So 3 of my 4 have been considered "advanced maternal age".

I had a breakdown with my suster saying at my age its highly unlikely...its very low so I don't want to stress over it..because I would hate to see a BPN...

Hi there, I had my 2nd baby at 40 years in 2014 and last year in June I had my 3rd baby at 43 years. Getting pregnant at 40 only took 2 cycles after having my IUD removed but it took longer to get my 3rd.
We started trying to conceive in July 2015 when I was 41 years and it took 15 months and I had 1 miscarriage and 1 chemical.
I didn't use any supplements or anything but did BD from cycle day 10 - cycle 14. We'd seen a fertility specialist and were looking at doing some medicated cycles but she recommended trying BD from cycle day 9 - cycle day 15 but 7 days in a row seemed tiring lol. The first time it worked for us. I'm currently trying to convince my dh we need another baby as I still have baby fever lol.
Best of luck for your ttc journey and catching that golden egg

Hi ,
I just turned 40 last month. I have 3 children aged 12 , 7 and 3. Each of these pregnancies were conceived very easily within 1 or 2 months of trying.
We have been trying for baby number 4 for over 2 years!! To date I’ve had 2 chemicals, a miscarriage at 7 weeks and plenty of promising evap lines!!
I have just got what I believe to be a bfp at 10dpo (see pic) I’m not convinced yet and haven’t even told hubby.
My experience has been that age most definitely affects fertility :-((

I just turned 40 and found out I'm expecting the week before. We tried for almost 3 years to get pregnant with our little one (she's 10months)
I'm strictly breastfeeding so I was shocked (but excited) to find out I was pregnant.

Good luck to you!!
