cycle day 9, the top one was taken with second morning and the bottom was taken this afternoon. I am confused as to why the control line on on the second test is lighter?

Is this accurate? I thought I peed on it too much. Will too much liquid make these test turn positive? I am 4 days till my next period. I feel like I'm about to start though. Mild cramps.
