First LH surge CD 20 (4/27) 3pm, positive all day CD 21 and strong but negative AM of CD22 (4/29) with lots of cramping CD21&22

Does anyone know much about the clearblue advanced digital ovulation test? I have had a blinking face for 4 days now and this afternoon I was having cramping and ewcm so I tested again. Still blinking face but do the lines look any closer to actual ovulation???

Clinical Guard Brand... Control line on right
I did 5 this am b\c I had read some reviews on never getting a positive on them and after 5 mins (wait time is 5 mins) I was super surprised to see these lines as I was getting very faint lines & I thought by temps I O'ed yesterday.... Positive OPK
