I'm 38 and wanting another baby. I got off my birth control about 6 weeks ago after being on it for 6 months for acne and weight gain, so hormones. I've had 3 days positive LH strips in 31 days. I'm also 4 days late for my period. I know I'm not pregnant. What is going on? Getting off the bc?

Idk why this makes the pictures so blurry... hard enough to capture these faint lines as it is. Idk if this is any progression from last test. HCG drawn today and awaiting results.
