i took this test yesterday, the picture is from right when i took it, its obviously positive, my period is due today and i'm not feeling good at all, and im having mild pains in my stomach, im just nervous that it was a false positive but people say they're rare? what do you think ?

UpdateDid a Digital Test today, said Pregnant 2-3 which would put me between 4-5 weeks and i'm 4 weeks 1 day :)
