After taking the test I had a spot of red blood so I threw it in the trash thinking it was my period. Just removed tampon 2 hours later to find small spot of red blood and small amount of brown blood. Do you think my period is starting or is it possible for spotting like this? Comments appreciated.

UpdatePeriod seems to be starting 3 days early.
