Had lots of symptoms and some spotting. Thinking I see a super faint line (better at a distance). Would love another opinion.

UpdateNegative (blood work showed less than 2). Had been having many pregnancy symptoms, transitioning mostly to abdominal and lower back pain. Doc did find small ovarian cysts.
